Refund Policy – ePureCharge Online Shop

At ePureCharge, we are committed to providing quality EV charging products and accessories that meet your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@epurecharge.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, email us at support@epurecharge.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used EV cables, chargers, or adapters

Gift cards or vouchers

Customized products or special orders

Clearance or promotional sale items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
